Welcome to Precision Pest & Home Services. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website at https://precisionhomesc.com (the “Site”), our text messaging program, and the pest management services we provide. By accessing the Site, contacting us, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or enrolling in our text messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
The Site and our services are owned and operated by Precision Pest & Home Services, LLC, a family-owned and operated pest control company serving residential and commercial customers in South Carolina. References in these Terms to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Precision Pest & Home Services, LLC. References to “you” and “your” mean the person accessing the Site or receiving our services.
We provide professional pest management and related home services, including but not limited to:
Service details, scope, frequency, and pricing are confirmed in writing through your service agreement, work order, or invoice. The contents of the Site are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer to provide service at any particular price or on any particular date.

We will use reasonable efforts to arrive within scheduled service windows. Weather, traffic, prior appointments, and other factors outside our control may affect arrival times. We will communicate any material changes to your appointment as soon as practical.
Pricing for our services is provided in your written estimate, service agreement, or invoice. Recurring service plans are billed at the frequency stated in your plan. Unless stated otherwise in writing:
You may cancel a scheduled service or recurring service plan in accordance with the cancellation terms in your service agreement. We may terminate or suspend service for non-payment, unsafe conditions, abusive conduct, or other reasonable cause. Termite bonds and similar warranty products have separate terms that are provided in writing at the time of enrollment.
Our services are designed to help protect your property and reduce pest activity through professional treatment plans, preventative solutions, and ongoing maintenance. Because pest activity is influenced by environmental conditions, building construction, neighboring properties, and other factors outside our control, we cannot and do not guarantee permanent elimination of any pest species.
The Site and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except for warranties expressly stated in a signed service agreement, termite bond, or similar written warranty document.
Any information on the Site about pests, treatments, or home care is general in nature and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a licensed professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Pest & Home Services, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to the Site, our services, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Precision Pest & Home Services, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
The following terms apply to our text messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number to Precision Pest & Home Services, LLC and opting in, you agree to the terms in this Section 12 in addition to the rest of these Terms.
This text messaging program is operated by Precision Pest & Home Services, LLC (“Precision Pest & Home Services”), a South Carolina pest control company. When you opt in, you may receive text messages from us related to your account and our services, including:
You consent to receive these messages by providing your mobile number through our website, in person, by phone, on a service agreement, or by texting us. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide, and that you are authorized to opt in.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, service plan, and the time of year. You should generally expect a limited number of service-related messages per month, plus occasional promotional messages where permitted.
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging, data, and other rates and fees will apply to messages you send and receive. Please check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.
You may opt out of our text messaging program at any time. To stop receiving text messages from Precision Pest & Home Services, reply STOP to any message you receive from us, or text STOP to (843) 508-4590. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from this program. If you want to rejoin later, you can opt in again at any time. Our text messaging program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, and Google Fi. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas at all times. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
We respect your privacy. Information you provide in connection with our text messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://precisionhomesc.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text message content collected through this program with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may modify or terminate our text messaging program at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these text messaging terms by posting an updated version on the Site. Your continued participation after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts, except to the extent any other forum is required by applicable consumer protection law.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us in writing and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent.
These Terms, together with your service agreement (if any), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and our services, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject matter, except for signed written agreements that expressly state otherwise.
